Orders are accepted via mail, phone, fax and email with a valid purchase order number.  For new customers, we will require further information to open an account.  See sales policies below.

Sales Policies

1. Sales are to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Resellers only.

2. Minimum order is $75.00 except to a first time customer, one time only.  All subsequent orders under the minimum will be subject to a small order charge of $15.00, plus shipping.

3. Special orders are not cancelable.  A hard copy of the order is required via mail or fax and must state that "This order is not cancelable".  Special orders will be shipped and billed plus or minus 10% on quantity ordered.

4. Prices include UPS ground delivery service in continental, contiguous United States.  Any other delivery method will be added to the invoice and charged to the buyer.  EXCEPTION:  All shipping charges are extra on orders under minimum of $75.00.

5. Returns:  NO shipments shall be returned without prior approval.  Contact our sales department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  Credit will be allowed if returned within 3 months of purchase if not used and in saleable condition.  All returns are subject to a restocking charge.  Please note:   Specials are not returnable.

6. Management reserves the right to limit the amount of orders to be accepted for credit or other reasons.

7. Normal terms are net 30 days to open accounts with acceptable credit considerations.

8. Special orders may require special terms, including partial or total payment in advance.

9.  VISA,  MASTERCARD and C.O.D. accepted.
